Ampersand Community Services was founded to share experiences and support the interests of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a safe and nurturing environment. The goal is for individuals & supporting staff to explore and build on their passions, strengths, and talents with space to also work on any challenges they might want to tackle. We surround ourselves with good humans to support individuals in their journeys to access happiness and a fulfilled life. A good dose of Applied Behavior Analysis and listening skills help pave the way.
